Well...hello there. Thanks for checking out my blog. This semi-embarrassing publication is a motivation technique. Sharing your goals with your friends and family will help you stay committed. Or some crap like that. But, I've made the decision to get healthy. And that entails losing weight. And quitting smoking. And working out. And eating better. And if all of you expect to see results, that may help me live up to your expectations.
